Is there internet access in the apartments?

Yes, all apartments have free, fast internet access.

Is there parking at the property?

Yes, we offer paid underground parking for guests at PLN 50 per night. The number of spaces is limited, so let us know when booking.

Can I book an apartment well in advance?

Yes, you can book in advance regardless of occupancy. Please contact our office for details and to confirm the dates.

Is check-in after 8:00 pm possible?

Yes. If you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm, let us know in advance - you will receive instructions for entering the building and the apartment on your own.

Is the property secured and monitored?

Yes. Monitoring runs 24 hours a day, and security staff are present on site between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, we are dog friendly. A dog stay carries an additional fee covering extra cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests. We agree the details when you book.

Is breakfast included in the price?

Breakfast is optional and costs PLN 55 per person per night. It is prepared by the local Aleja 40 restaurant and delivered straight to your apartment. Simply add it when booking.

Can I rent the conference room without accommodation?

Yes, the room can be rented on its own - in four-hour blocks or for a full day. Booking it together with apartments qualifies for a more favourable package rate.

Do you issue invoices for companies?

Yes. We issue VAT invoices, and regular partners can settle monthly with deferred payment terms. Provide your invoicing details in the booking notes.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out until 11:00 am. We try to accommodate earlier arrivals and later departures subject to availability.
