House rules

These house rules set out how bookings and stays at Aparthotel Park by the Sea work, as well as the terms for renting the conference room.

1. General provisions

1. The lessor is Morning&Breakfast By the Sea Apartments, ul. Partyzantów 46, 81-423 Gdynia, Poland, VAT ID 958-175-29-46.
2. Apartments are rented per hotel night. A night runs from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure.
3. Making a booking constitutes acceptance of these rules.

2. Booking and payment

1. You can book via the form on this site, by phone or by e-mail. The form is an enquiry - the booking becomes binding once we confirm it by e-mail.
2. The amount shown in the form summary is indicative. We confirm the final price in the booking confirmation message.
3. Booking direct is 15% cheaper than the same offer on booking portals. We guarantee the lowest price.
4. The minimum stay is 2 nights. On selected dates a longer minimum stay may apply - we inform you of this at confirmation.
5. We issue VAT invoices for business clients. Provide your invoicing details in the booking notes.

3. Changing and cancelling a booking

1. You can change or cancel your booking free of charge no later than 7 days before the planned arrival.
2. For cancellations made less than 7 days in advance, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to one night of the stay.
3. In the event of a no-show, the booking is forfeited and any deposit paid is non-refundable.
4. Shortening a stay once it has begun does not entitle you to a refund for the unused nights.

4. Check-in and check-out

1. Check-in is from 3:00 pm until midnight. Earlier arrival is possible subject to availability - please let us know in advance.
2. Please tell us in advance if you plan to arrive after 8:00 pm. We will send instructions for entering the building and the apartment on your own.
3. Check-out is by 11:00 am. A later check-out must be agreed in advance and may carry an additional fee.
4. Please present a photo ID at check-in.

5. Rules of stay

1. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Breaching this rule carries a PLN 500 fee for disinfection and ozone treatment.
2. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.
3. Parties and events are not permitted - this includes hen and stag nights.
4. The number of people staying overnight may not exceed the number given in the booking. Each additional person is charged according to our price list.
5. Guests are financially liable for damage caused by them or by their visitors. For damage found after check-out we may charge from PLN 400.
6. Items left in the apartment are kept for 14 days and returned at the guest's expense after prior contact.

6. Children

1. Children of any age are welcome.
2. Children aged 8 and over are charged as adults.
3. The property does not provide cots or extra beds.
4. In line with the applicable child protection regulations, at check-in we verify the child's identity and their relationship with the accompanying adult.

7. Dogs

1. We accept dogs, subject to prior notice at the time of booking.
2. A dog stay carries an additional fee covering extra cleaning and preparing the apartment for the next guests.
3. The owner is responsible for the dog's behaviour and any damage it causes. Dogs may not be left unattended in the apartment.

8. Breakfast and additional services

1. Breakfast is an optional service at PLN 55 per person per night and must be requested at booking or by 6:00 pm on the preceding day at the latest.
2. A space in the underground garage costs PLN 50 per night. The number of spaces is limited.
3. Please report allergies and special diets in the booking notes - we will adjust the menu where possible.

9. Conference room

1. The room is rented in four-hour blocks or for a full day, based on a separate confirmation of the date and scope of services.
2. A room booking becomes binding once confirmed in writing by both parties.
3. Free cancellation is possible no later than 14 days before the event. For later cancellations we charge 50% of the order value.
4. Catering orders are confirmed no later than 3 business days before the event.
5. The lessee is responsible for any equipment and materials they bring in.

10. Liability

1. The property is not liable for items left unattended in the common areas of the building or for vehicles parked in the garage.
2. We are not liable for inconvenience arising from causes beyond our control, such as utility outages or construction work carried out by third parties.

11. Complaints

1. Please report any issues during your stay immediately - we will do our best to resolve them right away.
2. Complaints can be sent to a.maizner@aparthotelpark.com. We reply within 14 days of receipt.

13. Final provisions

Matters not covered by these rules are governed by the Polish Civil Code. These rules apply from the date of publication.
